I think we (I?) need an official floor counter. I never have a clue what floor they're on, aside from being reasonably sure for about two weeks after someone happens to announce it.

You're absolutely right, I think it would be much appreciated here to give everyone another nugget of The One progress goodness.
After doing some sleuthing through the past posts on this thread I can give my best approximation of the last few floors:
Feb. 28 - 22nd floor slab complete
March 11 - 23rd floor slab complete
March 22 - 24th floor slab complete
So my best guess would be that they have poured the walls of the 24th floor and are setting up the formwork for the 25th floor slab.

This perfectly shows the relative location of the One to the school/park in the foreground. The pic must’ve been in late afternoon because the field is in the shadows of the few mid rises to the east.

No, clearly the field is shadowed by floors 85 to 95 of The One.

It is a very inexpensive add-on that allows my phone to become a near-professional camera. It only costs $20 (comparable models sell for at least twice as much on Amazon). I purchased it in the Showcase store in the Lawrence Allen Centre on March 28, 2023.
I even convinced a passerby to purchase an Optifier in the Showcase store at the Eaton Centre after seeing me use it. Yes, I brought him to the Showcase store.

The cladding looks to be a bit on the lower end for luxury condos, or at least the corner pieces. The reflections in #14336 seem to be noticeably distorted within some of the panes.
