I think it's more interesting that Mizrahi could turn this project into a space elevator with the claims made before hand. And The City wouldn't be able to bat an eye to stop it...

The one direction it is now visible from is from the south - you can see the blue slipforms clearly from all the way down Yonge Street. It will be a while though before it clears the old CIBC tower and the condo behind that! Photo taken Friday (Nov 25) from around Wood St, I think.
