Hey all, question of what these double height corner sections/units will be. Are these hotel floors? Maybe conference/board rooms?

There are 4 double height floors in total.
Event space for 2 floors. Hotel lobby and condo lobby for the other 2 floors.

The ground floor has been covered in white hoardings for so long that it's easy to forget there's actually glazing behind them.

It's just insulation at the moment. The cladding will follow. I love the design though.

By looking at the photos up above! It looks like they finished the first out of five inhabital sections of the building. And now working on first of five mechanical sections I think. YOU CAN ALREADY FEEL THE SHEAR SIZE OF IT LOL!

Looking good, as expected. As others have pointed out, it's interesting that of all the places in the core, there happens to be a neighbouring building (2 Bloor W) that shares a similar colour palette.
Also bumping this photo from the cladding mock-ups from 2019. It looks as if the structural access will appear to be more silver or bronze depending on the lighting and time of day.

Just curious, it seems to be taking forever for city council to decide on the height increase here. I hope they dont finish before they get an answer.
