Some new docs have been added to the Toronto Development Application database on Aug. 8, 2022.

Interestingly enough, the current plan still shows the newly added Level 79-87 as Low Rise units... with High Rise units only covering Level 62-76... which doesn't make any sense at all... but I'm assuming it's a trivial matter for them to flip the LR and HR floors after approval...

The links are "blocked" ... any advice?

perhaps try to go directly to the database page in the first link, select the second application dated 18/12/2020, then expand the "supporting documentation" tab, and sort by date to see the most recent filings?

Thanks mad🗡️... totally forgot that step.

I recall reading the lighting plan (nice!) before, but a recap💡:
a) Linear up lights on the louvres/mechanical sections.
b) linear down lights on the columns.
c) inward facing LEDs lighting the Tuned Mass Damper cladding at the top.

The builder told me higher floors would simply end up with a higher floor number if approved, so im guessing these will be slid in lower.

As expected, the form work is making quick work. The whole core rebar is in and i bet we will be pouring walls within 2 days.

It looks like the elevator roof is done as well

Working on some buyers for the site the last few weeks, I was told 50 - 60 floor range would be occupied by fall 2024.

This would be a 7 year total time from sales in fall 2017.. which is not that bad considering forma is saying 2028 but lowkey telling me 2029 - 2030.... for a super tall complex site they are actually on par with a great gulf... Seems construction is on pace. What was wrong was their ambitious completion estimate from the start.
