Useless cloud trivia that Sam Mizrahi can use for marketing needs, tweets etc.:

"The One Will Always Be Higher* Than Pinnacle SkyTower"

1. The One (will be?) 308.5 metres, at approximately 146 metres above sea level. Total: 454.5 metres
2. Sky Tower is proposed at 312.5 metres at approximately 76 metres above sea level. Total: 388.5 metres

*66m closer to the clouds
If 1200 Bay was built as proposed, we're talkin' 472.5m above the sea (which may be rising though)

The established grade at The One is at 115.8 masl, which means the top is 424.3 metres. Still closer to the clouds than SkyTower.
