Any guesses on when they will start with window instillation on the next few floors? The bottom part looks mostly done tbh

This is gonna look amazing and so dominant when topped out. It will absolutely dwarf One Bloor East across the street which already looks so imposing in that shot.

Its approved height is only 11 metres taller. The proposed height, however, is 41 metres taller.

i believe The One's approved height is 308.6m, whereas 1 Bloor E is 257m - so The One will be at least 51m taller. And then if the proposed height of 338m is approved it'll be 81m taller.
