Is the plan here for one of those fancy robot-loaded parking systems, or just a normal underground garage? The layout of the site looks like it would be tough for ramps.

It may have since changed, but I believe I recall seeing it being a mix of "normal" spaces and simple stacker spaces (one on top of the other, bottom car has to be removed to access the top car), made possible by the Valet service that will operate the garage.
