pumpcrete towers are much 'thinner', and most definitely don't have a ladder inside.

They actually aren't much smaller when it comes to the initial base.
Also, they do have ladders for the purpose of maintenance.
You just going to float up there with your moon boots on? How do I get a pair?

I guess to each his own. I find this development is just as exciting and intricate as the Well. The Well, with few exceptions, looks like standard construction work at scale (think any condo construction at the GTA and multiply it by 8.) The One on the other hand is so different from other sites.
