This should maybe help envision that. Couple interesting things to note:
- We should see the podium core rising from the westernmost side of the site.
- Though they haven't caught up there will be a relatively large ramp under what is now the staging site (not sure what they'll do about that).
- Some sort of connection to the heritage building.

Yes, the parking is under the heritage building side's podium. The -1 level is retail and bike storage. There is no access to that retail from -1 though. It belongs to the street level retail (Apple). It was expected that that might've been back of house stuff but with double height ceilings, it may in fact be a part of the store, accessible via a stairwell.

Gosh I hope it's a Samsung store, or Microsoft, or a dealership such as Tesla or Ferrari.

Your photo confirms what I said. Retail Anchor tenant owns the -1 space. The ramp is below the heritage building side of the property.

What does this even mean .... the drawing clearly shows that the retail space and the parking ramp are all on the -1 level.

‘We were discussing the space under the main building/tower that is currently under construction and being formed. See previous posts regarding the double height -1 space. The south side of the site is the annex building under which there will be parking. But the double height space under the tower belongs to the retail anchor tenant.

Here’s @Tunafish13 ’s observation that the -1 level floor currently being formed is double height:

Interesting to note that it looks like it is (at least) a 2 story cavernous space for this lower level

This is what we’re discussing, not the annex building/podium on the south side of the property.

All this talk doesn't take away the fact that this level in a building (-1) is always taller than the rest of the parking levels below it.

It looks like the staging bridge will become a permanent part of the ground level. Looking at the blueprints, they formed it in a way that the diagonal cutout will join the ramp going down, that’ll curl under the platform. They won’t have to demolish the staging bridge.

Here’s a rough outline of the bridge and where the ramp down will go:

It's coming out - it was designed with the intent of coming out. Would have been nice, but the loading dock wasn't completely design when it was put in, and there are major upturn and downturn beams that need to be formed that tie into that south freight elevator core.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. You can see the elevator core there is being cut off by the staging platform (and the lip around the staging platform didn't fit in).
