Yes, I question that perception as well. I think people are upset with the One because they don't see obvious or dramatic signs of progress. Doesn't mean a whole lot of prep hasn't been happening all along.

this is 45 broad street NYC. The one broke ground in October, 2017 and 45 Broad street broke ground in April 2017 and compare the progress on both projects. their sites are very similar in size and complexity.
