Ha ha. People think that because I criticize Mizrahi's planning missteps that I don't want this project to succeed. It is really the opposite. It's such a landmark project that it's annoying to watch the fumbles. I am excited to see this go.Can I take it that this a good sign that this project is finally moving forward when Kenojuak has /upvoted urbanyimby over this?
Yeah it looks like the development portal description is out of date. Here’s a screenshot from the latest SPA architectural plan (April 2020):544 residential units? I thought this was going to have 416 units? I wonder if the hotel rooms are somehow getting counted with the residential units.
