Well that one got hit hard by the ugly stick.

The first two renderings doesn’t look too bad with the warehouse loft aesthetic, but still lacking in something.
The other renderings look like a hospital with the small aluminum framed square windows (were they earlier proposals?).
The larger windows will make for much nicer condo units inside.
