New condominium development coming to Whitby. Plan includes five 5-storey buildings and an 18-storey tower. More to follow.
 
Doomed to fail when they can't even spell house right (or is that boot?)

Are these above pictures taken in January 2023?
My unit is in the tower and had an interior decor call set up today and she was saying occupancy is in Sep 2023. My question is, how is that realistic? Any one have recent update?

Yes theses photos were taken in January 2023 and it’s not likely that this building will be completed by September 2023. I would predict Q2 or Q3 of 2024 for the 18 storey tower. However, the lower rise buildings (I believe that are 5 or 6 storeys) could be completed in Q1 of 2024.
