Slowly making its way into the skyline. Methinks the materials on this one will not look good compared to the other 3 pictured. Would be quite remarkable when we see another tower just north of this on Isabella. Crazy how things have changed.

I'm so glad we lost the only gay club in Toronto for yet another grey spandrel tower. What a fun and vibrant city we live in.

Sorry if I missed this elsewhere, but what are the plans for the historic building on Yonge? Is that staying as is, or being restored? I was surprised to see tentants still in the building while the tower is under construction. Wasn't sure if they are all staying or if they eventually have to exit while the historic building is fixed up.
