The Independent by Jan Group Inc on 261 King Street East in Stoney Creek, Ontario is currently under construction. This two 3-Storey buildings will have 32 units each, and 36 Parking spaces. The amenities will have bike racks, EV charging station, Common area, BBQ area, and Garden courtyard.

Google shows Jan Group as "permanently closed" and the website for the project is down. Not sure what's going on here currently.
