Revised SPA Application for Glencairn Condo Brings New Design | UrbanToronto

A submission to the City of Toronto earlier this month updates a 2018 proposal for a site at Marlee and Glencairn avenues, just west of Glencairn subway station in Toronto's Glen Park area. The Kirkor Architects-designed 10-storey condo is dubbed 'The Dylan' by Chestnut Hill Developments.
