How refreshing....not 29 stories tall with aggressive zoning non-compliance issues , but with still greater density then previous. And is the styling of this proposal becoming an Oakville 'look' ? Certainly there seems to be a few recent developments in the Kerr/Dorval/Rebecca area that this proposal reflects.

Heavy Duty boring drill on site and operating. Sorry, left the phone in the truck, so no pictures. But it appears this project is underway.
Hmm, no permits publicly viewable since the demo permit was issued in August...
Anyone got pictures?

I'm not sure exactly what's happening here, but the most recent submission (number 7, yes, 7) was submitted in June of 2024 and was only re-approved fairly recently (I think late 2024). I believe they changed something to do with the parking. I haven't been down this way since then so I'm not sure if anything is happening at the site

It's been dead for a long time now until just last week, I saw some people there but it didn't look like much.

There have been a couple excavators on site for a few weeks now. Looks like they are leveling the site out. Maybe this is getting ready to start.

It seems that this one has started construction per this Oakville Transit notice about moving a bus stop adjacent to the development due to construction of a residential development. Conditional permits for below grade works have also been issued.
