She wasn't the prettiest theatre on the inside, but still better than anything built in the last 4 decades.....

Thanks Northern Light. This proposal is reasonable, in terms of future inconveniences to pedestrians. The closure of the sidewalk on Yonge street was very inconvenient, but fortunately, they recently completed the proposed covered walkway (on west side of Yonge) so one does not have to cross to the sidewalk on the east side of Yonge when approaching this site either walking south or north on the sidewalk on the west side of Yonge.
