Taken today. I'm thinking it's safe to mark this one as complete what with a concierge on site and the lights turned on at seemingly finished units at night. Now let's hope we see some ground level retail here other than a dentist, chiropractor or hair salon on this street...

Gosh, you're right, Batman! Only the Clown Prince of Crime could turn an apartment building into a funhouse of fractured façades! What’s next? Canted window-walls and ironic cornices? Holy Postmodern Spandrel Perversion, we must clean up this city’s skyline!
 
It’s a busy facade to be sure, but there’s something satisfying in how it can hold your attention and make you want to figure out all of the patterns and details.

It helps that it’s well proportioned. The multitude of vertical lines feels less overwhelming on a horizontal building than on a mullion-heavy tower.
