The red brick is very nice, although the left side patch of asymmetrical grid on the Gladstone frontage slightly irks me. Not sure if the previously posted rendition (also currently found on Standard Practice's website currently) was ever official or just conceptual. But I appreciate its overall structural composition a bit more than this newer one. The (depiction of) colour is definitely an upgrade now though.

My hunch is that whomever buys that 3 bedroom penthouse likely isn't too concerned about the maintenance fee of their private hot tub.

Looks like some progress was made towards setting up a sales centre. Part of the existing building on site has been painted blue:

Looks like the building that was painted blue wasn't going to be a sales centre afterall, or maybe not yet. There's a different commercial tenant in the unit now. Perhaps the project isn't going to market quite yet.
