Refreshing to see a nicely designed condo going up in the heart of Scarborough. About time.

This one should help set the tone and hopefully raise the bar for others that go up in the surrounding intersection and hopefully other parts as well moving forward

Kingston Rd has to be one of the most successful examples of Avenues Policies increasing density/making our city more walkable and urban. Also helps that lower property values along Kingston make mid-rise more profitable to build vs downtown Avenues.

The architectural hasn't always been on point by the built form is I think exactly what the Avenues policy aimed for.

This one looks good so far.
 
The red brick work and punched out balconies just saved this building. Marginal thumbs up for me.
