TBH, I'm not sure if either of those design concepts are what is necessarily being built. Dream's listing page for this project doesn't give a definite rendering. It's possible that the design will be open ended for whoever ends up signing here.

I don't think they're building anything here - pretty sure this is just work to convert the laneway into more of a public passage way with retail etc.
