Agreed with Automation Gallery and others. I live in the area, and every single person I've talked to, refers to this building as Ten York. There are several Tridel buildings in the area (300 Front and Queen's Quay East condos), and any other reference would have been causing confusion.

Well I stand corrected! I've always know it as Ten York. Pretty well all of my friends who have referred to the building call it the Tridel building simply because they remember seeing their sign on the building.

Trust me, I'm always correcting them! I've always been interested in urban development and this sort of thing. My friends always ask what building is that, who owns that, lol.
