The common areas look top notch.

Tridel tends to do a pretty good job with the common areas even for lower/mid-level buildings so no surprise with this one.

Another thing I like is they are completed before collecting money from purchasers unlike some developers who take almost 2 years to complete amenities. I'm looking at you Great Gulf!
 
It may be all blue glass but it does look very well built. That angle in RyanD's photo is also fantastic.
 
Such a prominent position on the skyline for such a bland uninspired building. At least it's curtain wall I guess, but a dab of color like a red stripe going up it would have helped.
