It's not the worst, but the podium is pretty bad. Whats worse are those prices however...Kitchener's way too far from the GTA to make those prices make sense, even with VIA/GO rail service nearby, and the ION.
Not everything is centred on Toronto remember - there is lots of gainful employment in Kitchener itself. This is a few blocks from Google's main Canadian HQ.
$750k for a studio is part of the now popped bubble though for sure.
I understand, I based my judgement more toward how commuting patterns shifted over the last few years, especially during the pandemic. Kitchener has a great deal of amenities (or will soon) and tge whole region has a robust economy, so I'm not knocking it.
