The balcony glass doesn’t look great with the spandrel at least in today’s light on a cloudy day.

The 2nd tower was looking great...so of course they realized that and went ahead by ruining it with the toothpaste balcony cladding.

Can we ever have something fully executed properly in this city?

That's exactly what I noticed too. At first everything looked decent and then I saw the balcony glass.

Very weird choice. The plans say the translucent glass will only be used on the front of the balconies and not the sides, so maybe that will help as they climb further up... I am surprised they didn’t use glass similar to Pier 27 here.

Basically everyone's talking about how bad the toothpaste green balconies are going to look on this building when its finished . And I don't even like it too white or cream would have been my choice. But we have somewhat of an idea by looking at Great Gulf's Yonge and Richmond condo. Having those two combinations on one side of the building which doesn't look that bad !

Considering that's what we are going to have to look at why wouldn't there be questions about it?
