I wonder if the last floor we're seeing here (floor 11) is actually going to be the green mechanical? Why we're seeing the added framing?

Was reviewing all the prior comments before asking, but is R6 still part of this project? There isn’t a separate map item for it, and it was mentioned in the beginning. I imagine they’re waiting to shore up tenancy in the east structure before starting the west building, but if R6 is affordable housing…
