According to this, only a food court and Pure Fitness are confirmed as tenants. I'm sure there are others in negotiation.

I could have sworn someone mentioned something about a Shoppers Drug Mart in the ground-level retail unit but I completely forget. It's unfortunate there is only one retail unit for the entire ground level of this huge site.

apparently the second floor large format space is taken, just no tenant announced. It's the third floor space that needs a tenant, and is extremely large at 75,000 square feet. You need a big box tenant for that like Walmart.
 
Time for Toronto to get its second west elm store. 75,000 square feet is obviously far too big for them but hopefully somewhere else in the Sun Life development or nearby in the South Core.
