Okay, so I've been busy and not posting photos. They have paved the area that was once fenced off.
This photo is the preparation before paving. I don't have a photo of it paved, but I'm sure you all know what asphalt looks like! Taken on Sept. 15.

Sales centre is well under construction now. Taken on Sept. 17.

They also had what appears to be a VIP sales event. Taken on Sept. 23.

The building that they had this event in is just west of Simcoe on the north side of Richmond, beside Yuk Yuks.

They have also put up hoarding all along Richmond now from the property line at the eastern end to the very western end of the line.

Couldn't help but notice the transparent south tower!. can someone tell me why the shorter phase of a 2 tower complex usually goes up first?.
 
I'm guessing that it's because there are fewer units to sell, so it will sell out faster. It's also less expensive to build, so maybe the developer can then take the proceeds to bankroll the second, larger tower.
