Does anyone have an update on which month in 2021 units here will be released?

A bit open ended, but RioCan claim this building will be ready for Summer 2021:

I'm concerned how the the black spandrel ends up, but overall, the base and scale are respectful of the strip.

And from the laneway. Note that Strada doesn’t push near as far back into its lot as the heritage building does with its lot next door. And then Strada adds terraces to the upper levels (unlike the heritage building) so as to move the building’s mass even further from the laneway. Another good example of how our timidness in building out the R Zone is less about maintaining the historic character of a neighbourhood than with tiptoeing around the sensibilities of millionaire neighbouring landowners.

If RioCan is going to keep cheapening out on cladding on their smaller individual residential developments, i'd rather have them exit stage right on projects like this and focus on large scale projects like RioCan Hall and The Well (and this is coming as an investor in the company).

They are capable of far better, and for whatever reason choose to cheap out on smaller builds like this. However some would argue, they cheaped out on The Well also.
