Quite a depressing pedestrian experience despite having a few decent looking buildings on this stretch. I suppose they'll wait till Carlton gets built out before fixing the public realm. It desperately needs a green buffer between the sidewalk and road, quality paving, attractive lamp posts.... well everything needs a re-do. At least this stretch one can narrow the road and still get 4 lanes in there. That vastly improves the potential to create something appealing.

Not really a "view" but they should get some light. There was a cutout in those floor slabs that lined up with the setback in the building to the east, so there's a bit of a lightwell there. It might end up with a bit of an urban sanctuary kind of feel to it

So curious to know what the east podium views will be like.
The podium east-side suites on floors 2 through 7 will be 10 to 14 metres away from…

That Google Street View was from August 2017.

It'll be like a light well. Hopefully they'll plop a pile of shade-loving plants on the 2nd floor terrace!

For a city that has so many bland projects, it's weird to see these two right next to each other. Such a contrast from the typical glass box of yawn we see all over the city.
