Toronto St Lawrence Condos at 158 Front | 91.44m | 26s | Cityzen | a—A

Very nice pic... it may sound demented, but I love the is kind of urban mayhem/clutter of styles, colour, materials, massing. Toronto at it's accidental best.

And this is where you sprinkle in some modern, glass structures. So there's a place for the all glass projects. Just not all jumbled together.

They have removed the pedestrian protection over the Front St sidewalk and are creating two new gates for trucks. I assume they may now close the gates on Sherbourne & Frederick.

This is what the construction website says:

Work commenced this week on taking down and rebuilding the hoarding and overhead protection on Front Street East. Once completed, the hoardings and overhead protections will be reinstalled with 3 access points on Front Street.
As we noted in previous posts, concrete trucks will continue to use the Frederick Street gates. The new construction access points along Front Street East, between Sherbourne and Frederick, will be used for deliveries and to facilitate the installation of the hoists (external construction elevators).
As we also noted previously, there will be no parking on this section of Front Street for the duration of construction and the Toronto Parking Authority meter has been removed.
