Concrete Pour Today at 158 Front Street East

MARCH 25, 2021 ADMINUNCATEGORIZED
The construction team is set to pour the 26th Floor West tower slab today. We expect that this will be followed by afternoon and evening concrete finishing work. Lighting on the crane tower will remain on as required until the work is safely completed.
Window installation continues on the 13th Floor. Window installation is expected to commence on the 14th Floor by today March 25th or Friday March 26th. Finished metal panels are currently being installed on the balconies up to the 9th Floor. Finishing work is ongoing throughout the podium floors.

Why? A City should have buildings of varying heights (and varying architecture); we really do not need a city composed of only towers.10)%
100% agree, there are lots of holes in the city that a tower can fit. This building is just fine as is. It COULD use a bit of streetscaping to improve the pedestrian sidewalk experience.
