Is this retail space still slated for Aquavato and a dental office? I would kill for a bar in this area with food a touch nicer than Betty's. I guess I'll have to keep waiting.

As of today the Front Street sidewalk is finally finished (though not yet open) - still to do is the short piece on Sherbourne and the corner. It looks good but it really has taken a long time!

Yeah, it's looking really nice at street level. Nice wide sidewalks, some paving stones, and infrastructure that should support good trees.

That's not a very charitable description of Aquavato (which was previously located on King).
Moreover, there will be no less than 6 retailers here. I wouldn't despair just yet.
