It seems like this forum should provide the total number of units on the project profile pages, instead of having to add them all up.

believe phase 1 is complete, website says they have over 1000 residents now.

Phase 2?:

The Ontario Land Tribunal states that the City of Hamilton and St. Elizabeth Village have reached a settlement to end an appeal over a proposal to build five mid-rise buildings containing 430 units and 56 townhouses.

They filed a planning application on July 20, 2020. Nearly four years later, on June 14, 2024, the Village filed a non-decision appeal to the OLT.

The two sides were before the OLT on November 29, 2024, for a case management conference.

They stated that mediation talks were ongoing and they hoped to reach an agreement.

A one-day settlement hearing is scheduled for April 28.

EOY Update: Not sure if it makes sense to track this on UT, 1. noone has commented here in the 3 years the thread has been U/C 2. It's a gated community, makes shooting a challenge. 3. It's moving along really slowly.
Anyhow, I did shoot it. Across Block 1,2,3,4 no work has happened. They are in the midst of renovating the old retirement residence. No new construction has happened at all. They have built one building elsewhere on site, Upper Mill Pond which is complete.
