They are one of the nicer looking buildings in the city. From some elevations, they almost look like an office building.
But could you imagine how much better this would have been at port credit.And MCC continues its climb in the NA rankings as one of the densest nodes of residential population including traditional downtowns.
Well what you are saying isn’t true. There’s plenty of new people walking on the sidewalks of confederation between burnamthorpe and rathburn. Same with living arts drive between the same two streets. That’s two more or less streets that are vibrant and I don’t think you can honestly label living arts drive as a strode.Whether MCC ends up. being successful rests not on the amount of density they put in, but the eventual pedestrianization and urbanization of the whole area. As of now, it's a series of highways/stroads with sidewalks no one wants to spend any time on. There are towns of 5,000 people with more vibrant streets than this.
