It’ll be interesting to see all 3 condos right next to each other : Social Pemberton; CentreCourt and Menkes Fleur. I think Fleur will easily rise up first. Judging from how fast CentreCourt works, I won’t be surprised if it’s up at the same time as this Social ones.

Lol, yea I’m surprised that place is still around. Used to go there after class for cheap drinks and pool. Was never overly crowded. I wonder if it looks any different now than it did 15 years ago.
