Looking pretty good from University:

I'm not quite the fan when it comes to all glass windows for condos. But this all glass facade looks real nice in a sunny or cloudy day. The clear and candy apple glazed glass makes the building stand out from a distance . I wouldn't mind seeing this building have a height of 50 storeys or more !

I do like this because it is different. I also like the red and the off set balconies, I do wonder what the units are like however and also what the retail will be?.

It's too bad that at street level it does go so bland: up above there's real character—at ground level, none. We should be getting something of the building's design gestures down at ground level, but we rarely do.
