is there a description of what it would look like?

There's a picture of it in the project renders. You could slide open the floor to ceiling windows on the corner units to open up what would essentially be a massive corner juliette balcony. Would be super cool for summer nights. OR for $30K properly invested you could take a couple dozen luxury trips to Mexico and just open your regular windows. Perhaps a bit of an overpriced option...

Liking the street retail here. Nothing on the cladding yet.

on the features and finish sheet, it says gas line optional to select suites. are the select suites referring to penthouses/high level units only or can most unit be fitted with gas line?

Some lights on this morning so I assume work is nearing completion on some units.

This one was tricky to photograph as the predominantly transparent glass glazing pretty much makes it fade into its surroundings. Sure, the cloudy day didn't help, but I can't help but wonder whether a more robust choice of cladding material would prevent it from washing out the way it does. See for yourselves. Photo updates, shot today.

This building falls short from the rendering. And the balconies won't give it the boost it needs!

Kind of like how we're all waiting for the bottlecaps to be clad on the Absolute Towers?

Or the fins on top of the Pantages Tower (really dating myself here I know) :).
