Drywall Installation on the 8th Floor at Sherwood

January 2018 Construction Update

With the exterior of the Sherwood community complete, our on-site construction team is concentrating on suite finishes. Drywall installation, taping and plumbing & electrical work is currently taking place on the 8th floor, while lighting fixtures are being installed on the 5th and 6th floors. We are happy to report that the community is being targeted for LEED Gold certification.
