Culk up another delay project to Bondfield long list of project not being built on time. Schedule to open January 2017 now. 3 month delay on this type of project is not bad compare to the 3 years delay for the Burlington GO Station.

Indeed.
Not too long ago, Bondfield was trying really hard to build up their backlog, as Turner Construction out of the USA was interested in purchasing the company. Inside word was that (and some of the project results seem to confirm that, IMO) Bondfield under-bid a lot of work in order to accomplish this. Unfortunately for them, Turner decided against the purchase and has been increasing their Canadian presence without a Canadian subsidiary.

I love the motion effect of the facade - very successful here, IMO. Even in a static photo, it suggests a great deal of movement and acceleration.
