There's no Dakota or San Remo there (I do love Rosedale Glen condo and the Manulife Building there though), but that view gives off a real Central Park vibe.

Except it's no park. It's an affluent enclave with NIMBYs who selfishly protest neighbourhood improvement projects like stop signs and wheelchair accessible park paths.

Loving the impact that the Selby is having on the skyline. Its color is starting to look quite pronounced. Also very prominent when viewing from Riverdale Park.

It would be great if this tower climbed to 80 storeys making its presence even noticed . Like another Scotia Tower with blue windows instead !

Wouldn't have minded some upper floor set backs to reduce the slab pov... with the colour/materials might have been a neat old/new one of a kind creature.

Yep and no one cares about them. But heaven forbid a 4 story building gets built on the same street as single family 3 story houses.

The Selby's northern view will also be mostly blocked by the hotel / condo tower planned on Bloor St. Demolition has started on the old shops and beige low rise peeking behind the Selby.
