May not be anything special...

...accept, there appears to be no corner columns for this building. Not sure that's special per se, as I'm just may not be aware that it's common. But none of the less, I find that surprising.

Does anyone have a copy of the architectural plans for this site (and/or the other Bay Adelaide towers)? I've never been able to view them on the Development Application site since the status has been closed for some time.

Pretty sure all three of these towers did that. You can see cross bracing in the corners of the most recent pic. Relatively common way of increasing floor space in office builds.

Just checked. It's all there under the SPA application. Use 40 Temperance.

From looking at the photos up above. I think the third tower's windows have a more stronger mirrored like reflection than the other two towers !
