Our earlier number came from the Planning Rationale document posted on the City's Application Information Centre page. I get 105.7 metres from the architectural plans submitted on October 9, 2015 as part of the Site Plan Approval. What's your source @innsertnamehere?

I'm worried about the lack of articulation of the facade. The drawings and renderings suggest a very shallow inset for windows on the building face, which creates a very 'flat affect'. The massing is quite heavy so some stronger articulation would have been ideal here.
