Royal Tuscan - Masterpiece Residences: a proposed 4 & 4-storey residential condominiums designed by 2M Architects Inc & SRN Architects Inc for Palazzo Royale Real Estate Group on the west side of Vansickle Road North, south of Martindale Road, north of Tuscany Court in St. Catharines' Grapeview neighbourhood.
