Toronto Rodeo Drive Condominiums | 106.1m | 32s | Lanterra | Hariri Pontarini

And I would have to agree. It looks like what you would get if you programmed a computer to make a building that maximizes profit while adhering to the code and planning guidelines, and only just.

Rodeo Drive condos will be the fourth condo development at the Shops at Don Mills. The 32-storey first phase is mostly sold out now, and the 16-storey second phase is now in sales. These will be to the east of Liv Lofts.

The fifth condo development will likely be the clear acrylic towers in front Rodeo Drive scale models. It's all zoned, so it can go ahead whenever they're ready to start selling it.

At the other end of the sales centre is the larger scale model of the two Rodeo Drive buildings. The brown frames very abstractly represent the 15-storey Liv Lofts building.

Glass-sided infinity pool atop the 32-storey podium. Woohoo!

Tree-lined, restaurant patio-edged walkway (leading to the new park) between the two Rodeo Drive phases.

Database file updated with heights for the building. Taller 32-storey tower is 105.5 metres high.

That address will change by the time the towers are constructed: each one will get an address on O'Neill Road.

Received email that construction is about to begin and updated presentation centre hours.

Seems like the presentation centre minus the parking lot will remain to operate even after construction begins.

The showroom's parking is now closed and fenced (not when this pic was taken). The balcony section of the showroom along with the signage is being deconstructing as well.

Nothing exciting happening yet. Mostly removing/clearing the earth that been sitting here for years.

Seems like things are moving along with the warmer weathers(?). The parking is now mostly gone and lot of heavier machines are on site so can't wait when the dig starts.

This will be quite a dig since it's got 2 phases with parkings down to p5. I wonder when will the construction of the extension of O'Neil Rd to Donway W Rd start.
