Interesting - thanks. They haven't done anything in the west end for a while.

Now that their Queen W & Gladstone projects are complete (apart from the park along Dufferin), it looks like Streetcar are focusing on building out the East End again, specifically the Queen E & Broadview area.

If I was a developer, I'd look into acquiring properties along Gerrard East which has decent urban bones and starting to change, but is still fairly untapped from development.

Brockton would seem a no-brainer to me - it's shocking that it hasn't seen many proposals.

I wish Streetcar would buy property at Eastern and Leslie and environs.

The Loblaws property for a start.

They fixed up the store............a bit..........

But its still a terribly laid out and under-utilized site.

Not to mention its aesthetic shortcomings.
 
Man, that car dealership podium has to be one of the slowest-moving projects in the city right now...
