Dare I say, best architecture in this city since, ever?
Ok, maybe since the CN tower.
Looks like something from Holland or Denmark, which is a very high praise IMO.
I want to see 3 of these in a row like Prii’s Jane-Exbury towers.

Wow those are really shallow balconies?
They may be quite useless as balconies but they look good!
The protruding sections look like a perfect way to radiate heat. Was any thought given to energy efficiency or does that take a back seat to design aesthetics?
