Toronto Riva del Lago | 54.86m | 16s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

Everytime I pass this site on the streetcar I wonder if their target audience is ex-Soviet Union residents?

There's already an excavation pit for Riva del Lago, immediately "east" of Ocean Club, which has been dug at the same time as the Lago pit to the rear.

Yesterday; Riva del Lago's garage rising from the foundation while Lago rises behind it. (I suppose it's no surprise there's been no movement whatsoever since Keyz's shot from Friday.)

I always wonder if G&C designs actually have any guiding concept or theme behind them or if they just play around in REVIT until they come up with something they consider passable.

You could ask that same question about many firms whose work consists mainly of condos. Just arrange the precast, spandrels, mullions and balconies into rudimentary patterns, and you're done.

I usually try to provide a context shot to help figure out where the detail shots fit in, so sorry about a lack of that this time.

That's quite a pile of rebar. I'm not sure that's it installed in place though. The open area behind is where the Cpnservatory's Group's Waterways will rise, and where Cove at Waterways is now being excavated for.
