Richview Square Buildings C+D is Phase 1 & 2 of the Richview Square project. Building C is a new 13-storey mixed-use rental (including affordable rental) and retail building. Building D includes an expansion to an existing 1-storey building. The project is designed by B+H Architects for Trinity Development Group on the northwest corner of Eglinton Avenue West and Wincott Drive in Toronto's Richmond Gardens neighbourhood.
